All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time and is not included in the estimated delivery timeframe.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During promotional periods, holidays, or high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

Unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

• Airline or logistics carrier disruptions

• International transportation delays

• Public holidays or peak shopping seasons

• Government restrictions or customs inspections

5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, or country-specific fees may apply depending on your local regulations.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

ROVELLE WEAR is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional import duties and taxes imposed by destination countries.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

6. Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear depending on the shipping carrier and destination country.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided after shipment, additional delays or reshipping fees may apply.

ROVELLE WEAR is not responsible for lost shipments caused by incorrect customer information.

8. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to our support team for assistance.
